The Research On Information Public Reporting System Design Of Home Health Agency

[Background] With the rapid aging of our population,the rapid increase in the elderly population,end-stage disease,long-term bed rest,inconvenience and other disability is also increasing,leading to health care services,especially home health services increasing demand.However,medical institutions that provide family health services,such as many community health service centers,are public service providers,but there is an opacity of information about internal operation and quality,which affects the improvement of service quality and patient satisfaction with services.At present,there are few studies on the openness and transparency of family health care institutions,especially the research of public system is lacking.Therefore,the information disclosure system of family health institutions needs to be studied urgently.Through the research of information disclosure system,we hope to construct the framework of information disclosure system of family health care institutions in theory and innovate the practice mode so as to promote the improvement of service and improve the service quality and meet the needs of patients.[Objective] To establish the framework of information disclosure system of family health care institutions based on information dissemination theory and DADS model,to determine the elements and links in the framework of public system,and to explore the status and development of American family health service after information disclosure.[Methods] Through the literature analysis,induction,panel discussion and other methods to define the relevant concepts,to build a family health care system information disclosure system framework to determine the framework elements and links;the same time the United States CMS website on the family health care information disclosure as a case to collect relevant information,Through descriptivestatistical analysis and time series research,focusing on patient experience indicators and institutional service improvement indicators to explore the family health care institutions after the disclosure of information on the status and changes in family health services.[Results](1)Based on the theory of communication and the practice of family health information disclosure in the United States,this study constructs the framework of communication system for family health information disclosure: the public is the comparison between US medical insurance and medical subsidy service center(CMS)and family health care((QIO)will supervise and evaluate its public process.The public is quality improvement organization(QIO)will monitor and evaluate its public process.(2)Based on the characteristics of the supervision of service quality of family health institutions,this study pressure or are based on their own management needs,will take the initiative to improve their quality of service;institutions that do not improve the quality of service,The government authorities or third parties will impose penalties to force them to improve the quality of service;then family health care institutions need to re-disclose their improved service information.This study found that in the entire information disclosure,information analysis,information dissemination to the punishment link,the US model and the general DADS model is different,its information disclosure,information analysis and information dissemination are CMS release,and the general DADS model for family health Institutional disclosure of information,government departments forinformation analysis and release.This is related to the US CMS strong and constantly updated regulatory means: CMS not only for family health care institutions,hospitals,doctors,nursing homes have a special body for information disclosure,analysis,release.(3)Through the descriptive statistics and time series can be drawn in the HHC implementation of information disclosure,the quality indicators have been significantly improved: the patient experience indicators such as getting in and out of bed indicators from 49% to 63.9%;institutional improvement indicators such as care in a timely manner indicators From 86 % to 92.5%.Although the overall quality trend is positive,the degree of improvement varies with quality indicators.In the measures related to day-to-day activities,the relatively low quality benchmark score has been significantly improved.This is the expected consequence of the public report,as the agency may be improved at a relatively low level of project to achieve significant quality improvement consistent with previous research results.[Conclusion] The framework system of public health information disclosure based on open subject(CMS),public way(website),public object(public)and
