Influence Of Different Moxibustion Time On The Gastrointestinal Hormone Of Superficial Gastritis Patients Due To The Spleen And Stomach Weakness

Objective:Through observing the clinical effect and the changes of gastrointestinal hormones caused by the treatment of different moxibustion time of the superficial gastritis Patients due to the spleen and stomach weakness, to investigate the regulation of the dose-effect relation and the adjustment function on gastrointestinal hormone of serum of patients caused by the warming and nourish effect with moxibustion.Methods:Eighty-four superficial gastritis Patients due to the spleen and stomach weakness were randomly divided into warming moxibustion for twenty minutes (A group, n=28), warming moxibustion for forty minutes (B group, n=28), and drug (C group, n=28) groups. The A, B groups were treated once a day,20minutes and 40minutes each time, the C group received ranitidine 0.15g each tablet,1 tablet each time, two times a day, and sooner or later.10 days as a course,2 days rest after each therapeutic course,2 courses all together. When accomplished after 2 courses,1 month followed-up the accomplishment. Superficial gastritis symptom score were filled in before treatment, after treatment and 1 month followed-up. We explored 5ml blood before and after treatment, and RIA was used to detect the levels of PGE2, SS and EGF in Fasting Serum in Patients. Results:For the short-term effect:â‘ the total effect in the 3 groups have no significant difference(P>0.05);â‘¡Compared with before treatment, the superficial gastritis symptom score has a very significant difference after treatment (P<0.01); the superficial gastritis symptom score were compared in the 3 groups has no significant difference(P>0.05);â‘¢Compared with before treatment, the upper abdominal distention, stomache, belching, acid regurgitation, anorexia, body lassitude and loose stools symptom has a significant difference after treatment (P< 0.05) in the three groups; the tongue-picture and pulse condition symptom has a significant difference after treatment (P<0.05) in the A and B groups. There is no significant difference (P>0.05) in the A and B groups. Compared with the C group, the upper abdominal distention symptom in the B group and the anorexia symptom in the A group has a significant difference (P<0.05). (2) For the long-term effect,â‘ the total effective rates in A group(100%), B group(92.9%) were higher than that in C group(67.9%) significantly (P<0.05).â‘¡Compared with before treatment, the superficial gastritis symptom score has a very significant difference after treatment (P<0.01); Compared with the C group, the superficial gastritis symptom score in the A groups has a significant difference(P<0.05);â‘¢Compared with before treatment, the upper abdominal distention, stomache, belching, acid regurgitation, anorexian and body lassitude symptom has a significant difference after treatment (P<0.05) in the three groups; the tongue-picture, pulse condition and loose stools symptom has a significant difference after treatment (P<0.05) in the A and B groups. (3)After treatment, the content of the PGE2 of the serum was increased obviously, compared with before treatment, there was a significant difference in each group(P<0.05);The content of the EGF of the serum in the B group was increased obviously, compared with before treatment, there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:1. All of the three treatment methods have curative effect, and the moxibustion groups were markedly higher than the drug group in long-term result. The warming moxibustion for twenty minutes group has the same effect as the warming moxibustion for forty minutes group.2. The moxibustion groups were markedly higher than the drug group in improving the patients'clinical symptoms in short-term and long-term result.3. The gastrointestinal hormone may1participate in onset and the process of pathology and physiology. And the moxibustion may adjust gastrointestinal hormone to cure the superficial gastritis Patients due to the spleen and stomach weakness.
