| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical curative effect ofModified Decoction of four noble drugs treatment weakness of spleen and stomach HPassociated chronic superficial gastritis,Using the theories of traditional Chinese medicineand therapeutic mechanism of spleen and stomach type HP associated chronic superficialgastritis pathogenesis and modified decoction of four noble drugs in-depth discussion.Methods: Methods a cross-sectional survey, epidemiological investigation,60casesof eligible subjects were divided into control group of30cases: to anti H.p therapy:omeprazole every time20mg, clarithromycin500mg each time, amoxicillin1000mg eachtime, the drug even two times a day, oral. The experimental group and30cases in thecontrol group plus modified decoction of four junzi drugs,200ml each time, two times aday, treatment for14days. After the end of treatment, observe two groups of clinicalsymptoms and HP eradication rate. HP review at the end of treatment for at least30days.Results: Supplemented four gentleman decoction can obviously improve theweakness of spleen and stomach HP associated clinical symptoms in patients withsuperficial gastritis. Clinical symptoms of patients treated with curative effect rate of63.33%as the control, the total efficiency of96.67%; control group control rate was16.67%, the total effective rate was86.67%. By X2test, two groups of control rate has avery significant difference (P <0.01), there is no significant difference (P>0.05) show thatthe efficiency of Modified Decoction of four noble drugs than in improving the degree ofsyndromes of traditional Chinese medicine on drug control, two groups of TCM syndromein the improvement rate of the treatment. The treatment group of25cases of HP negative,clearance rate was83.33%; the control group of17cases of HP negative, clearance ratewas56.67%. By X2test, two groups of Hp scavenging rate had significant difference (P < 0.05). Tip modified decoction of four noble drugs in the eradication rate of Hp is betterthan the control group of drugs.Conclusion:Supplemented four gentleman Decoction in the treatment of spleen andstomach type HP associated gastritis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the eradication of the Hp, have a high clinical practical value. |
