| Object:This article focuses on studying the clinical effect of Sling Exercise Therapy (SET) on CLBP. To observe the role of SET on the lumbar spine which correct biomechanical dysfunction, recovery motor function, relieve pain and improve symptoms of low back pain.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 Lumbar Back Pain patients were randomly divided into SET treatment group,magnetic hot control group and drugs group, group of 20 cases. The SET group carry out sling exercise therapy and mild-frequency electric pulse therapy. The magnetic hot control group carry out magnetic hot therapy and mild-frequency electric pulse therapy. The drugs group eating orthopedic medicine. Time for a course of treatment(7 days),once a day,40 minutes one time. Evaluating effect before treatment, at the end and one month after the end of treatment. Evaluation indicators include:①Visual analogue score(VAS);②Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA);③Rating Scale activities of daily living(ADL);④Oswestry Functional Disability Index Questionnaire(ODI);⑤Range of motion(ROM). Organizing the data and implementing the statistical analysis.Result:1. In the clinical effect assessment, the number of the patients of the SET treatment group who much improved was 13; improved was 6;no changed was 1. And the number of the patients of the magnetic hot control group who much improved was 10; improved was 5; no changed was 5. the number of the patients of the drugs group who much improved was 8;improved was 6;no changed was 8.The total effective rate of the SET treatment group was 95% , the magnetic hot control group was 75% , the drugs group was 70% . By the statistics chi-square test, compared the clinical effect of the SET treatment group and the magnetic hot control group(P<0.01), compared the clinical effect of the magnetic hot control group and the drugs group (P<0.05),compared the clinical effect of the SET treatment group and the drugs group (P<0.01), The result was statistical significance, and showed that the SET treatment group was more superior significantly than the magnetic hot control group, the magnetic hot control group was better than the drugs group, the SET treatment group was more superior significantly than the drugs group.2. After treatment P value comparison among groups, we can see from the table,①SET treatment group compared with the magnetic hot control group, on VAS,HAMA,ADL,ODI and ROM of trunk, P<0.01, on ROM of hip and knee, P<0.05, the difference makes statistically significant. SET group was significantly better than the magnetic heat group.②SET treatment group compared with the drug group, on VAS, HAMA, ADL, P< 0.01, on ODI, ROM, P<0.05, the difference makes statistically significant. SET group was better than the drug group.③The magnetic hot control group compared with the drug group, on VAS, P<0.05, on HAMA, ADL, ODI, ROM, P>0.05, the difference has no statistically significant, The magnetic heat group effect can not be considered superior to the drug group.3. One month after the end of treatment compared with after treatment, on SET group, the score of VAS,HAMA,ADL,ODI significantly reduce, the ROM value significantly increase of trunk, hip and knee. While, the scores of the magnetic hot control group and the drug group did not change significantly. Shows the long-term efficacy of SET treatment group was better than the magnetic hot control group and drug group. The magnetic heat group effect can not be considered incompletely superior to the drug group.Conclusion:①After treatment, the score of VAS, HAMA, ADL, ODI, ROM of patients, the SET group compared with the magnetic heat group and the drug group, the difference has obviously statistical significance, indicating that sling exercise therapy has a more pronounced effect to help restore the waist feature of patients on CLBP. The magnetic heat group compared with the drug group, no significant difference.②Sling exercise therapy is a new active exercise therapy, focused on the core muscles (multifidus) of patient for biomechanical correction, after slinging treatment, the proprioceptive, core strength, stability and balance has been significantly improved and they can effectively improve the mental status, expand the range of motion, improve the quality of life. |
