Objective:To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training on balance dysfunction in children with spastic hemiplegiaMethods:Sixty children with CP who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a scalp acupuncture combined rehabilitation training group(treatment group)and a rehabilitation training group(control group)according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group Both the treatment group and the control group were treated once per day for each item,5 consecutive treatments per week, and a total of 20 treatments in 1 month was a course of treatment. Before and after treatment,3 months after treatment, and 6 months after treatment,GMFM-88 D and E energy zone scores and BBS scores were used to evaluate balance-related motor function and balance function, and ADL score was used for basic daily life. The assessment of activity ability compares the differences of the four indicators of the two groups of children in different periods.Results:1.After 3 months of treatment, the D energy zone score,E ener-gy zone score,BBS score, and ADL score in GMFM-88 in the two gr oups of patients were higher than before treatment, but the control gr oup D energy zone score,E The energy zone score was not significan tly higher than before treatment, and the difference was not statistical 1y significant(P>0.05),while the treatment group D energy zone scor e,E energy zone score,BBS score, and ADL score were significantly higher than before treatment, and the difference was statistically sign ificant Academic significance(P<0.05);compared with the conventiona 1 group, the treatment group D,E energy zone,BBS score and ADL s core increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 6 months of treatment, the D energy zone score,E energy zone score,BBS score, and ADL score in GMFM-88 in the two groups of patients were significantly higher than those after 3 months of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the above four indicators of the treatment group all increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with scalp acupuncture and conventional rehabilitation training,it can significantly improve the balance function of CP spastic hemiplegia in children.
