ObjectiveTo explore the effect of the auricular therapy combined with Optimization of Yinxieling Tablets in treating psoriasis valguris.Methods85 cases of out-patient of psorisis vulgaris from the dermatology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were randomly divided into 43 cases of therapy group (auricular therapy combined with optimization of Yinxieli), and 42 patients control group(optimization of Yinxieli).2 momths later, observed the clinical efficacy and safety indicators of the two groups (such as blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram test), measuring scales of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI), OLS, PGA, Visual analogue scale (VAS), Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Patient's General Evaluation and so on, and then carry out comparative study of efficacy. The comprehensive PASI reducing rate in the treatment group was (74.4%,32/43), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (36.6%,15/41) (P<0.05).
