Clinical Curative Effect Of Observation About The Auricular Application Bloodletting Therapy With Huoxuexiaoyin Decoction For The Treatment Of Blood-stasis Type Psoriasis

Purpose: Through the auricular application bloodletting therapy with Huoxuexiaoyin decoction forthe treatment of blood-stasis type psoriasis clinical curative effect of observation, the auricular applicationbloodletting therapy in the treatment of psoriasis clinical efficacy and safety can be confirmed.Method:60patients who come up to the incorporated standard of blood-stasis type psoriasis areselected and randomly divided into two groups.30cases in the treatment group are given the auricularapplication bloodletting therapy(select common reflex zones of the tip of tragus and neck, in accordancewith specific signs:adding anti-asthmatic point when the rash appears more on the head; adding re pointwhen the rash appears more on the torso and lower limbs.) with Huoxuexiaoyin decoction;30cases in thecontrol group are treated with Huoxuexiaoyin decoction which can be change in accordance with specificsigns of patients.Use the auricular application bloodletting therapy once a week;decoction of Chinesemedicine take orally twice a day after meals,100ml once.Observation time is2therapy sessions,4weeks is a session.The clinical effective rate of two groups areobservated by the comparison of the before and after treatment.Result: After clinical observation study,the total effective rate in the treatment group is83.33%and in the control group is66.67%;the total effective rate in the former is apparentlybetter than the latter;obvious differences(P＜0.05) in two groups are showed by the analysisof statistics.After2months,,the color,itchiness,infiltration and sublingual vessel of skin lesionsin the former can be are more obviously reduced than the latter.Conclusion: The auricular application bloodletting therapy is effective and safe for the treatment ofpsoriasis.
