BackgroundIn recent 20 years, the therapeutic effect of osteosarcoma have made a breakthrough and make a progress in survival and limb-salvage rate, due to the application of massive dose of chemotherapeutics.However, more and more complications, which resulted from the use of massive dose of chemotherapeutics, will interrupt chemotherapy, decrease effect of drugs and lower quality of life for patients. With the in-depth study on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in alleviating side effects of chemotherapy, researchers find that TCM combined with chemotherapy can not only significantly reduce the toxic side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and then minus poison and synergic action to ensure the sufficient quantities throughout the chemotherapy and improve the general condition, but also inhibit tumor growth and metastasis to a certain extent, and prolong survival and improve quality of life. Although TCM are able to minus side/toxic effects of chemotherapy,we still need to discover characteristics and rules of changes of Chinese medical syndrome for clinical therapy, improve the level of clinic and exert advantages of TCM after chemotherapy.ObjectiveAccording to the statistical theory, cluster analysis has been made for the TCM syndrome differentiation standard in perichemotheraputic period of osteosarcoma, Syndrome distribution and possible factors.Serve as a catalyst for the establishment of the TCM syndrome differentiation standard in perichemotheraputic period of osteosarcoma, and for the foundation for the TCM diagnosis standard. MethodOn the basis of literature review and experts'advice, "TCM Syndrome Osteosarcoma information collection form" has surveid in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria of osteosarcoma patients, hospitalized in the Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital, as examples of osteosarcoma. SPSS17.0 as statistical software, the data has been entried and verificated. And the four diagnosticinformation database is created. With Cluster analysis as the core statistical method, the usage of databases and mathematical statistics methods will help to find out distribution and possible factors of TCM basic card type in perichemotheraputic period of osteosarcoma.ResultDistribution of TCM basic card type in perichemotheraputic period of osteosarcoma in GhuangZhou area. tagnancy and blood stasis, phlegmy wet block type, kidney Yin deficiency after chemotherapy for osteosarcoma syndrome, often witness, kidney and blood stasis YuZu winding blood stasis, phlegm, deficiency of both qi and Yin two wounded, kidney gas type,Yang pixu wet trapped for osteosarcoma syndrome can witness after chemotherapy.ConclusionThe research has studied the TCM basic card type and Standardization in perichemotheraputic period of osteosarcoma. The study will help to know the distribution of TCM basic card type in perichemotheraputic period of osteosarcoma in GhuangZhou area,that will help in osteosarcoma after chemotherapy medicine in the clinical level.And the features and advantages about TCM can be showed.This research has discussed the ankylosing spondylitis TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment standard, based on clinicaldata collection and mathematical statistics,which has avoided the lack of subjective classification.It will also make the basis of multi-center study about Standardization of TCM Syndrome in Osteosarcoma after perichemotheraputic period.
