Chinese medicine treatment fails to become a mainstream therapy methods mainly because about ankylosing spondylitis syndromes name not unified, there is no perfect TCM parting unified standard, and the card name huai non-standard. In the field of classification of ankylosing spondylitis, not fully unified opinion clinical curative effect failed to get approval, reported poor, repeatability affects the clinical application of promotion and curative effect of further improved.ObjectivesThrough statistics theory, the purpose of this study was to explore the TCM standards and distribution of ankylosing spondylitis and the syndrome influential factor of TCM on ankylosing spondylitis for the purpose of establishing unified ankylosing spondylitis TCM standards and norms provided clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine to base on.MethodsIn strict cases are selected according to the diagnostic criteria of AS, in Guangdong hospital of TCM, guangzhou university of TCM first affiliated hospital outpatient service and the inpatient selected ankylosing spondylitis patients 133 example. Clinical epidemiological methods were used for hospital patients with ankylosing spondylitis during the cross-sectional observation, collection of syndrome information, databases and mathematical statistics were used, to build syndrome diagnostic criteria, for the study of the distribution of ankylosing spondylitis and the syndrome influential factor of TCM of ankylosing spondylitis.ResultThe syndrome distribution regulation of TCM:The cluster analytic results suggested that patients with ankylosing spondylitis divided into 4 types:1. hot and humid bi-complex resistance; 2. cold dampness bi-complex resistance; 3. kidney Yang is insufficient, polio-free resistance; 4. liver and kidney deficiency congestion. And main syndrome, the inferior syndrome has been determined in the various types, in which the type 1 for the proportion to be highest, accounts for 39.09%, next for type 3, accounts for 31.58%, the type 4, accounts for 17.29% and the types 2, accounts for 12.03%.ConclusionThis research has discussed the ankylosing spondylitis TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment standard. The cluster analytic results suggested the patients with ankylosing spondylitis divided into four types. Results suggest that humid majority attack resistance type is the main reason of the climate is hot humid, due to the south part of physical factors and southern defects existed in this study.This study, based on clinical information collection, to avoid the subjective classification, and using the shortage LiShu statistics objectified means to explore ankylosing spondylitis TCM syndrome differentiation standards, syndrome distribution regularity, may influence factors for ankylosing spondylitis TCM syndrome differentiation standardized further multi-center study laid a foundation.
