| Objectives:Through the treatment of wind-cold-wetness paralysis AS by Jia-wei-xuan-bi decoction, study its clinical curative effect and safety analysis,and research the mechanism by drug treatment, give a further clinical evidence for the cure of this type of ankylosing spondylitis using this decoction, and give provide clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment for this TCM type of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:Based on case inclusion and exclusion criteria, select our department cases between March 2008 and September 2009 to experimental group and control group,which has 30 cases.Give the experimental group Jia-wei-xuan-bi decoction and the control group the same manufacturer Tripterygium wilfordii tablets, three times a day,for 12 weeks, then record 0,4,8,12 weeks'observation target.Through the statistical analysis, verify clinical efficacy of the Jia-wei-xuan-bi decoction for wind-cold-wetness paralysis AS, at the same time evaluate its safety. Analysis of the party's role in the treatment of AS mechanisms, to explore the dialectical TCM AS typing.Results:1, after Qi equivalence test, the experimental group and control group no difference.2, experimental group and control group before and after treatment BASDAI, BASFI, BASMI, overall assessment of patients and doctors, schober's test, chest degrees, the pillow away from the wall, means to distance, ESR, CRP, IgA, PLT, observed indicators were significantly improved compared before and after treatment in this group are P<0.05, significantly different, indicating two kinds of methods for ankylosing spondylitis have a good improvement in symptoms, slow disease progression effect.3, group comparison between the two groups after treatment in the BASDAI, BASFI, BASMI, patients and physicians in general evaluation of chest degrees, the pillow away from the wall, means to distance, ESR, IgA, platelets and other indicators have P> 0.05, that two kinds of treatment methods have almost the same effect. Among these schober's trial, CRP to improve the two indicators, both P<0.05, there are significant differences in the experimental group than the control group.4, pelvis plain film performance of the sacroiliac joints, both before and after treatment in this group, or groups of the significant differences did not exist before and after treatment, indicating slow down bone destruction in two ways has nearly the same effect.5, the total efficiency of the two methods were 93.3% and 90%, by statistical tests P> 0.05, significant difference unknown, but there is control on the rate of significant P<0.05, experimental group than the control group.6, security analysis are significant differences in the two groups. Analysis of adverse reactions from the two groups P<0.05, experimental group, adverse events was significantly lower than the control group. Two kinds of treatment methods for ALT, AST, BUN, Cr were significantly affected, in which pairs of ALT, BUN, Cr degree of influence of the three comparison, both P<0.05, differences are significant, indicating that liver and kidney function in the control group on an even greater impact large, and the experimental group, the impact of these indicators is decreasing, while the control group, showing a rising trend in the experimental group that prescriptions have a protective effect on the liver and kidney function, with higher security.Conclusions:Jia-wei-xuan-bi decoction can effectively relieve, improve and control the clinical symptoms of wind-cold-wetness paralysis AS in short time(3 months),reduce and control inflammation, obviously improve the patient's quality of life.
