The Clinical Effects Of Yiwei Tang And Wubei San On Yin Deficiency Type Of Peptic Ulcer

Object iveBy comparing treatment efficacy of Yiwei Tang and Wubei San and famotidine for Yin deficiency type of peptic ulcer, in order to provide clinical evidence that Yiwei Tang and Wubei San is better.MethodsThis subject, Reference to the subject of the 2002 edition of "guiding principles for new drug clinical research of Chinese medicine", select 60 cases of gastric ulcer (yin deficiency type) from November 2010 to May 2011, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group were given Yiwei Tang and Wubei San and famotidine treatment for 2 months. By comparing of clinical symptoms before and after treatment to improve the rate and improvement rate of gastroscopy, determine Yiwei Tang and Wubei San's clinical efficacy.Result(1)The treatment group,30 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective in 14cases, effective in 6 cases,2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.3%; control group of 30 patients were cured,7 cases markedly effective in 11 cases,4 cases,8 cases, total effective rate 73.3%. Comparison of two groups (P<0.05), the difference was significant, indicating efficacy of the treatment group better than the control group.(2) The impact of improving clinical symptoms:the difference of TCM symptom score before treatment between the treatment group and control group was insignificant (P>0.05), after treatment, the change of symptom scores were more obvious, and the improvement rate in treatment group better than the control group (P<0.05).(3) The impact on the performance of gastroscopy:diameter of the two groups before treatment, no significant difference in ulcer (P> 0.05), reducing the diameter of the two groups after treatment, ulcers are more obvious (P<0.05), then compared two groups (P> 0.05), the difference was not statistically significant, suggesting that in terms of narrowing diameter ulcer treatment group and control group, no significant difference.ConclusionYiwei Tang and Wubei San is an effective prescription for Yin deficiency type of peptic ulcer, and can not only effectively improve the clinical and endoscopic Syndrome, but also to prevent the further progress of the disease. In a word, it has a good clinical efficacy for Yin deficiency type of peptic ulcer.
