Currently in clinical practice, for cancer constipation, we promote the use of classification (general treatment/drug treatment/non-drug therapy/surgery) treatment principle, which although effective, but long-term use of these drugs interfere the regulation of gastrointestinal hormones, and damage gastrointestinal nerve plexus,and will eventually occur dependence on laxatives, to form a " purgative colon", and easily lead to a vicious cycle of intractable constipation, aggratate cachexia in patients. Observed 60 cases of hospitalized patients,who were randomly assigned to treatment group of 30 patients and 30 patients in the control group. Treatment group:LiuMo Decoction enema:(Radix Aucklandiae 20g, Radix Linderae Aggregatae20g, Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum 6g, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Palmati (later) 20g, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Palmati 20g, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus 20g Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata 20 g Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae 6g). decoct to 50ml reserved;, when applicated,heated to 38℃, enema kept for at least 1 hour, one time every day,7 day as a course of treatment. Control group:to use glycerine enema 10ml, add warm water to 50ml for enema, enema retention time and treatment course is same with the therapy group. Respectivly record the constipation accumulated points living quality of life rating scale, before and after treatment, and two weeks after treatment of the two groups evaluated curative effect, and analyze the data. to compare the life quality of treatment group and control group before and after treatment, by the means of T test, P both were<0.01, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group and control group of patients can significantly improve the quality of life points.
