Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the pharmacological effects of Salvia are mainly on the cardiovascular system, can expand blood vessels, accelerate blood flow, improve microcir-culation, changes in blood viscosity, increased myocardial blood supply, oxygen supply, and reduced myocardial oxygen consumption and so on. For the treatment of angina, myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases. In addition, Salvia is also a anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory etc.The Active ingredients extracted in Salvia, including fat-soluble components and water-soluble components. Reported in the literature, Fat- soluble active ingredient is crystalline phenanthrene quinone compounds, including tanshinone II A, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, Tan B, dihydro tanshinone participation, etc. Water-soluble active ingredients ortho dihy- droxy compounds, including Sal B, Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, rosmarinic acid.USMM is the extraction combined with Ultrasonic extraction technology, Supercritical fluid extraction, Macroporous resins separation technology and Membrance separation technology separation techniques in combination. In this thesis, based on the research in the literature, the use of USMM hyphenated technique, fat-soluble active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble active ingredients and the extraction, separation process were studied. Salvia active ingredients designed to improve the extraction rate, lower energy consumption, reduce costs, provide a basis for the new Dan Shen agents. The main contents include the following:1. Supercritical fluid extraction process of Salvia fat-soluble active ingredients.Research the extracting temperature, pressure, extraction, carry secretly extraction time factors such as agent for extraction ratio, through orthogonal test, the influence of DanCanTongⅡ, with A DanCanTong, hidden for investigation index, extraction optimized supercritical CO2 extraction process:salvia miltiorrhiza had 20 mesh screen crushed herbs, extraction 25MPa, extracting temperature pressure℃, extraction time 40 with 2 hours, medicinal equal amounts of 95% alcohol for entrainment agents. SM USFE Extraction Process dregs water-soluble active ingredients.According to reports in the literature, inspected the water added, extraction times, extracting time of salvia miltiorrhiza factors such as USFE extraction liquid, and the influence of Dan phenolic acids B for investigation, extraction of optimized index ultrasonic extraction technology:20 times, water quantity of ultrasonic extraction two times, each time extracting 20 minutes, extraction temperature 80℃. In this condition, Dan phenolic acids B, total Dan extraction rate was 89.7% extraction phenolic acids for dry paste, extract rate of 38.7%.4. Macroporous resins, water-soluble active ingredient purified Salvia Technology.Study the D101 macroporous adsorptive resin dosage, elution desorption ethanol concentration, ethanol, such as the dosage of salvia miltiorrhiza main factors influencing water-soluble active ingredients, and the influence of purification process Dan phenolic acids B transfer rates as the inspection index, get macroporous resin purification danshen water-soluble active ingredients of optimizing process:D101 macroporous adsorption resin content dose 5 times, living is 70% ethanol concentration ses desorption,12 times column for ethanol consumption volume. In this condition, Dan phenolic acids B for the transfer rate, total Dan phenolic acids obligatory for 83.8% extraction dry paste, extract the rate of D101 than 14.2%, macroporous adsorptive resin ago cut the 24.5%.5. Membrane separation and purification miltiorrhiza water-soluble active ingredients.Research the membrane specification and solution concentration, operating pressure selvesor salvia miltiorrhiza factors such as membrane separation and purification of water-soluble active ingredients, the effect of process with Dan phenolic acids B transfer rates as the inspection index, get membrane separation technology purification danshen water-soluble active ingredients of optimizing process:use 10,000 Da specifications of the ultrafiltration membrane, solution concentration 0.1 g/ml, operating pressure 0.2-0.3 MPa. In this condition, Dan phenolic acids B shift rate for 86.2%, total Dan phenolic acids, extract the extraction rate rose 34%, dry paste on the rate of D101 than macroporous adsorptive resin ago cut the 4.8 percent.6. Macroporous resin-membrane separation technology combined with purified water-soluble active ingredients SM.Salvia miltiorrhiza USFE slag by ultrasonic water extraction liquid membrane separation, then first macroporous resin, both on/after process purification, Dan phenolic acids B shift rate for 83.91%, total Dan phenolic acids shift rate for 83.14%, dry paste 13.60% rate for; Salvia miltiorrhiza USFE slag ultrasound water extraction liquid on first macroporous resin, again, both the membrane separation technology purification, Dan phenolic acids B shift rate for 84.10%, total Dan phenolic acids shift rate for 83.59%, 13.82% rate for dry paste.
