The aim of this dissertation is to develop the quality control method of Brassica napus L. pollen and the preparation of Pule' an tablet. The investigations were carried out as follow:the HPLC fingerprints of Brassica napus L. pollen and the quality standard of Pule' an tablet were established. The main contents of this dissertation include:1. Through investigations and optimizations of the sample pretreatment method and the chromatographic conditions, the HPLC fingerprints of Brassica napus L. pollen were established. The method was applied to investigate the pollen fingerprints of Brassica napus L. pollen from different region and the bee pollen from different floral origins. The fingerprints were analyzed by cluster analysis and similarity evaluation. The results showed that the similarities were more than 0.95 among the Brassica napus L. pollen from different region while the similarities were much lower from different floral origins. The results of cluster analysis and similarity evaluation indicated that the fingerprints were correlated with Brassica napus L. pollen habitat.2. The marker flavonoids of Kaempferol-3,4'-di-O-β-D-glucoside (KMG) and Kaempferol 3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-glucosyl)glucopyranoside(KMP) were quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that significant differences of the contents were found among the Brassica napus L. pollen from different region. There were little or no KMG and KMP among the bee pollen from different floral origins. For this reason, KMG and KMP could be as the diagnostic peak for Brassica napus L. pollen. The investigation results provided the scientific evidence for quality control of Brassica napus L. pollen.3. The KMG and KMP were investigated to be as diagnostic components for quality control of Pule'an tablet. The method of TLC qualitation diagnosis and HPLC content determination were established. The results indicated the accuracy and repeatability were s. The method can provide specific evaluation foundation for the quality control of Pule'an tablet.
