BackgroundPulmonary thrombo embolism(PTE)is a disease or syndrome that pulmonary arteries or its branches are obstructed by thrombosis from the Venous system or right heart.It is also a common disease with substantial morbidity and mortality .Pulmonary embolism is PTE commonly.Research indicates that age is one of the most independent risk factors for PTE.However,the differences and similarities of clinical features and treatment effect between younger and older PTE patients,and improve the acknowledge of clinicians to PTE,which has an actrual values.ObjectivesTo observe the changes of fibrinolytic systemand blood coagulation factor in pulmonary thrombo embolism patients with different age treated with thrombolytic therapy and the relationship between the post-thrombolysis hemorrhage and the hemostatic markers and the different treatment effect. This study is to foucs on fibrinogen,fibrin degradation product,D-dimer and platelet。Materials and MethodsThis is a restrospective study for PTE.75 patients in Fujian province hospital diagnosed as PTE from 2003.1 to 2010.10,are divided into two groups:the youger group(18 years old 0.05);After thrombolytic therapy,two groups'fibrinogen both significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the younger group's fibrinogen is significantly lower than the older one(P<0.05).(2)There is no significantly difference between two groups'fibrin degradation product (FDP)before thrombolytic therapy(P>0.05), after the thombolytic therapy both groups'FDP are higher than before,but we can't think such result have significance because p>0.05,and after the thombolytic therapy, there is no significantly difference between two groups'FDP(P>0.05).(3)There is no significantly difference between two groups'D-dimer before thrombolytic therapy (P>0.05) ; after thrombolytic therapy groups'fibrinogen both significantly higher than before(P<0.05).and the younger groups'fibrinogen is significantly higher than older one (P<0.05).(4)There is no significantly difference between two groups'platelet before thrombolytic therapy (P>0.05);after thrombolytic therapy,two groups'platelet both significantly higher than before(P<0.05),and the younger group's fibrinogen is significantly higher than the older one(P<0.05).(5) younger group's treatment effect have an advantage over older group's. ConclusionFibrinogen, D-dimer, fibrin degradation product and platelet and treatment effect have some evident change after the thrombolytic treatment with the younger group,which coincides with the mechanism of thrombolysis. The younger group'scoagulation-related indicators have some significantly changer to the older one. Thus, it can offer some advice for the clinical treatment,but it need more investigation about the change of the dosis about thrombolytics.
