| ã€Objective】The paper tends to make a preliminary study on the value Of intestinal disease in diagnosis and treatment by observing Clinical application of single-balloon endoscopy and capsule endoscopy.ã€Materials and Methods】1.1 Data: Those who are clinically suspected to have small bowel diseases or healthy patients, 9 cases in single-balloon endoscopy and 103 cases in capsule endoscopy, including 1 case that completed single-balloon endoscopy, after two capsule endoscopy examination.1.2 Statistical analysis: Descriptive analysis of the results.ã€Results】Single-balloon endoscopy review process proceeded in success in all cases . The average time to insert the endoscope from mouth for (62.3±18.3) min, through the anus was (69.6±27.5) min. Lesion detection rate was 88.9%, diagnosis rate 66.7%. The process of capsule endoscopy also went successful in all cases. Cases of capsule retention in small bowel did not occur. Among 103 patients, 68 patients were found positive for lesions, the rate of which was 66.0%, The diagnostic rate was 55.3%. The lesions are mainly inflammatory lesions, vascular malformations, tumors and parasitic Worm infection.ã€Conclusion】The detection rate is high when adopting Capsule endoscopy and enteroscopy for small intestinal disease. For the wide range of observation, relatively easy operation and easy to implement endoscopic treatment of small bowel disease, single-balloon enteroscopy will gradually become the main means of diagnosis and treatment. Capsule endoscopy, simple and noninvasive, may become the preferred screening tool for the majority patients who are suspected small bowel diseases. |
