Patients in treatment group oral Chinese medicine and use Fupeng lotion externally. While patients in comparative group oral Chinese medicine and externally use Recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel. The treatment continued for four weeks, compare patients'lesions forwards and afterwards in each group and take notes as well as the adverse reaction. Calculate lesions' range, main symptoms and secondary symptoms, and then make statistical analysis. Evaluate experimental effect in the end. Results: curing effect of each group:treatment group's cure rate 11.76%, markedly effective rate82.35%, total efficiency94.11%; comparative group's cure rate3.12%, markedly effective rate68.75%, and total efficiency 71.87%. compare treatment group and comparative group, in terms of total efficiency and clinical symptoms, the two groups have significant distinction。(p<0.05)Conclusion:to wind heat accumulation kind of flat wart, external use of Fupeng lotion is better than Recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel, and has little adverse reaction.
