| Purpose: This research observes the clinical effect of Pingyou wash formula in order to treat plantar warts(damp-heat and blood stasis pattern),to further discuss the pathogenesis characteristics of plantar warts and the function mechanism of Pingyou wash formula.Method:60 patients with plantar wart were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group, 30 cases in control group to give the skin, wash the vacuole and the joint reorganization of interferon alpha 2 b cream coating treatment, treatment group given outside the flat wart lotion and the treatment of joint restructuring: interferon alpha 2 b cream coating treatment; 4 weeks for a period of treatment, observation of flat wart lotion foot lesion in patients with plantar wart improvement as well as the overall efficacy of two groups of patients.Result: The results indicated:Patients in the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment,in the aspects of skin lesions(including the number of lesions,lesion thickness of skin and the degree of pain) score, the treatment group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05);in treatment group, 7 cases of cure,11 cases markedly effective,effective 8cases,invalid 4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.67%;in control group,3 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,effective 10 cases,invalid 9 cases,the total effective rate was 70.00%,the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingyou wash formula is effective and safe on treating plantar warts,and it is worthy to extensive. |
