| Objective:Observed the mixture of Tianma injection, vitamin B12 injection lidocaine hydrochloride injection and Er Long Zuo Ci Wan to treat subjective clinical efficacy.Methods:A randomized, contrl study,the patients met the inclusion criteria 69 patients were randomly divided into groups of proprietary Chinese medicines, Chinese medicines+acupuncture group, and Chinese medicines+injection group,all 23 cases. Proprietary oral deaf group and the other two groups Er Long Zuo Ci Wan for each six, three times a day, are taking 30 days; acupuncture group acupuncture points and listen to the affected side Yifeng and Tinggong points, each needle for 30 minutes;injection group with Tianma injection, vitamin B12 injection, lidocaine hydrochloride injection mixture to listen to the affected side Yifeng point and Tinggong point. treatment after the first two groups were 1,6,10,14,18,22,26,30 days.Results:In effect, the medicine group and acupuncture group was respectively 55.00%,72.73%, injection group was 85.71%, total effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), that injection group treatment work better than medicine group and acupuncture group treatment. Conclusion:The results show that a simple treatment of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine acupuncture subjective tinnitus are valid, and its efficacy was no significant difference, plus proprietary ear hole injection effect week, more effective than the first two groups. |
