Objective:To evaluate the pancreatic cancer tissue Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),Survivin expression and its relationship with clinical pathological factors..Methods:Using immunohistochemical method (Immunchistochemistry IHC Elivision two-step)and Semi-quantitative Reverse Transcriptase-PCR technology to detect 35 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 8 cases of normal pancreatic tissue COX-2, VEGF and Survivin expression and clinical pathological characteristics. Results:â‘ IHC Tip:Pancreatic tissue COX-2, VEGF, Survivin expression was significantly higher than in normal pancreatic tissue (P <0.01);â‘¡pancreatic tissue COX-2, VEGF, Survivin expression and a high lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer a significant correlation (P <0.05);â‘¢COX-2 high expression and patient's sex, age, tumor was no correlation between UICC stages (P>0.05), but with the VEGF, Survivin positive correlation(0
