Background Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is one of acute cardiovascular disease, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with ACS has become an important means of revascularization, but the perioperative incidence of cardiovascular events remains high . Now that may be related to vascular endothelial system damage and inflammatory reaction. Therefore, perioperative treatment, especially statin intervention therapy, interventional cardiology in recent years has gradually become a research hotspot.Objective To strengthen the atorvastatin pretreatment in patients with acute coronary syndrome percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after the impact of myocardial injuryMethods A randomized, double-blind, parallel design, 82 patients with ACS were divided into experimental group (41 cases) and control group (41 cases), the experimental group before PCI, with intensive therapy of atorvastatin (80mg / day×3 days), the control group before PCI, with standard-dose atorvastatin therapy (10mg / day×3 days).After the two groups of patients were receiving other routine hospital treatment, PCI are used after standard-dose atorvastatin therapy. PCI were compared before and after surgery serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM-1), soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule (sVCAM-1), high sensitivity troponin I (cTnI), creatine kinase (CK- MB), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) levels change. Results (1) preoperative test group and control group sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 levels were slightly lower, after 24h group sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 levels were markedly increased, 48h, reached the peak. Experimental group and control group at 5 time duration the sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 levels were significantly(P<0.05);(2) the two groups before surgery cTnI,CK-MB levels were not statistically different, the two groups after 6h cTnI,CK-MB levels, 24-hour drop in the experimental group and control group at 3 time duration difference statistically significant(P<0.05) ;(3)the level of preoperative hsCRP groups were decreased hsCRP levels after 6h the two groups, 24-hour drop .The two groups in three different time duration was statistically significant difference was significant (P<0.05);(4) Comparison of lipid levels at each time duration, there was no significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion PCI can lead to serum adhesion molecules, markers of myocardial injury increases, giving enhanced preoperative statin therapy can reduce the inflammatory response after PCI, and potentially reduce the occurrence of myocardial injury after PCI may be.
