Objective:To investigate the effect of salvianolate levels on serum TNF-αand IL-1βin patients with acute pancreatitis(AP)and effect. Methods:To divide the clinically selected 40 cases with AP into two groups at random, where the control group received the routine comprehensive treatment and the experiment group received the routine comprehensive treatment plus the intravenous infusion of salvianolate. Take the serum of patients before the therapy, on the 4th and 7th day of the therapy to test TNF-a and IL-1βlevel and then compare the difference of changes before and after the therapy between two groups, as well as evaluating the recovery time of leukocyte and hemodiastase and the relief time of bellyache. Results:The leukocyte count and recovery time of hemodiastase were normal for the experiment group, while the relief time of bellyache was shortened compared to the control group. There was no significant difference of TNF-a and IL-1βlevel between the experiment group and control group on the 4th day (P>0.05), but statistically significant on the 7th day (P<0.05).Condusion:Salvianolate can inhabit TNF-aand IL-1β,so control the inflammation development and have certain effect on patients with AP.
