Objectives:Investigate Twist expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and its clinical significance in neck lymph node metastasis of after treatment. Methods:By using S-P immunohistochemical method 40 cases of Twist expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma specimens were detected and various clinicopathological parameters and patients were analyzed. Results:1. Adjacent normal cervical tissue Twist expression Intensity is less than cancer tissue.2.Twist expression was not correlated with the cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients age, FIGO clinical stage, histological type, tumor size and first SCC. Twist expression was correlated with the regional lymph node metastasis, neck lymph node metastasis after treatment, and transfer time, neck lymph node tissues twist expression have high strength,The higher expression of Twist, the shorter the transition time after treatment.3.Transfer time of different twist expression of neck lymph node metastasis is different, Twist expression is stronger, the shorter the transition time.4. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with Twist expression increased the survival rate decreased significantly;5.Cox multi-factor analysis showed that neck lymph node metastasis was correlated with twist expression, FIGO clinical stage, initial tumor size and first SCC; The higher expression of Twist, the greater the risk of lymph node metastasis, Each additional level of Twist expression intensity, increased the lymph node metastasis risk of 1.771 times; FIGO clinical stageâ… A-â…¡A risk of lymph node metastasis asâ…¡B-â…£B 0.200 times of that. The Larger the tumor diameter, the greater the risk of lymph node metastasis; the greater the SCC value, the greater the risk of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:1.Cervical lymph node metastasis may be associated with Twist expression, FIGO clinical stage, tumor size, first SCC value.2.Twist expression strength may have impact on Time lymph node metastasis after treatment Patients.3.Twist and SCC combined detection of cervical cancer may predict Time lymph node metastasis after treatment and prognosis.
