Objective: To investigate the clinical data, pathological factors, squamous cell antigen(SCC)level, length and diameter of MRI lymph nodes and lymph node metastasis in patients with stage ⅠA2-ⅡA2 cervical squamous cell carcinoma who underwent primary surgery in our hospital Metastasis,LNM)to provide clinical programs. Methods: To Preoperative serum SCC level, degree of tumor differentiation, length and diameter of MRI lymph nodes, depth of interstitial invasion and size of tumor lesions were analyzed, and the relationship between related factors and lymph node metastasis in cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients was analyzed by univariate correlation analysis.Logistic regression was used to evaluate the correlation between SCC and MRI lymph node length and diameter and lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of related factors in predicting lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma..RESULTS: Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that preoperative SCC value, degree of tumor differentiation, length and diameter of MRI lymph nodes, depth of interstitial invasion, and size of tumor lesion were related factors affecting lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, with statistical significance(P <0.05).In the tandem test of preoperative SCC value combined with MRI for cervical squamous cell carcinoma lymph node metastasis, the sensitivity and specificity were 73.3% and 56.5%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity are 62.5% and 71.9% in parallel test. Conclusion: Preoperative SCC expression level,MRI lymph node length diameter, tumor size, degree of differentiation and depth of cervical interstitial infiltration are related factors of cervical squamous cell carcinoma lymph node metastasis.Preoperative SCC combined with MRI can improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma lymph node metastasis to a certain extent.Logistic regression analysis was performed on the factors related to lymph node metastasis, and the obtained regression model has clinical value, but it still needs to be further verified.
