Objective To explore the relationship among the changes of five coagulation in-dexes and clinical stage, metastasis in pre-operative patients with gastric carcinoma, and its clinical significance. Method To retrospective analyze PLT, PT, APTT, TT, FBG levels and blood platelets count of 213 health control group who was diagnosed inguinal hernia and 868 gastric carcinoma patients who was firstly diagnosed in the same hospital during the same period. Results 1. As compared with health control group, PT, FBG and PLT were significantly different in gastric carcinoma patients (P<0.05). 2. In different clinical stage of gastric carcinoma patients, PT, FBG and P-LT of gastric carcinoma terms extended apparently (P<0.05), 3. In gastric carcinoma patients, compared with gastric carcinoma without metastasis group, PT, FBG and P-LT of gastric carcinoma with metastasis group were higher apparently (P<0.05). 4. PT,TT, FBG and PLT of gastric carcinoma link to clinical stage, particular in PT, FBG and PLT, which play an extremely important role, and get a positive correlativety, n-or does TT. Conclusion The higher of FBG and PLT indicates that it exists blood hypercoagulabale state in gastric carcinoma patients. The prolongation of PT in blood plasma indacates that gastric carcinoma patients have alimentary tract hemorrhage te-ndency. In diffenert clinical stage of gastric carcinoma, PT, FBG and PLT appear to extend gradually. The detection of PT, APTT, TT, FBG and PLT may play a specific role in the laboratory examination of gastric carcinoma patients. According to these indexes, we can detern whether or not giving patients anticoagulation and haemostasis treatment and to prognosticate neoplastic occurrence, infiltration and transfusion; mea-nwhile, we can provide a new therapy with gastric carcinoma.
