PartI. The parameters of multi-slice spiral CT quantitative research in pulmonary1,objective To evaluate the relevance of MSCT pulmonary function parameters and pulmonary function test (PFT)parameters, and to define the reference value of MSCT pulmonary function parameters.2,Materials and methods Clinical pulmonary function test and MSCT scan for thirty cases of normal control group, all cases scan at the end of the maximum inspiratory and maximum expiratory,All data analysis by the lung analysis software of computer-aided inspection system, the data make Correlation Analysis with pulmonary function parameters。3,Results The full inspiratory volume(Vin)and full expiratory volume(Vex) MSCT scan, which had a good correlation with total lung capacity(TLC)and residual volume(RV)(r=0. 904,P<0.01;r=0.743,P<0.01),Vex/Vin showed correlation with RV/TLC (r=0.736,P<0.01),(Vin-Vex)showed correlation with MVC,(r=0.854,P<0.01).In inspiration ,the average lung density is (-879.51±32.82)HU,the Density per unit volume is(0.1201±0.0327)g/cm3,in expiratory the average lung density is (-688.14±62.38)HU,the Density per unit volume is(0.3119±0.0612)g/cm3.4,Conclusion The data of MSCT pulmonary function tests with the analysis software of computer-aided inspection system showed good correlation with PFT.It is easy to operate and objectivity ,so it will be a new method of pulmonary function test。 PartII. The application of multi-slice spiral CT quantitative imaging technology research in COPD1,objective To evaluate the relevance of MSCT pulmonary function parameters and pulmonary function test parameters,to analyse COPD patients and normal volunteers comparison of quantitative parameters of MSCT,and to define the clinical feasibility parameters of MSCT quantitative imaging technology in patients with COPD.2,Materials and methods Twenty cases of COPD with clinical pulmonary function test and MSCT scan .all cases scan at the end of the maximum inspiratory and maximum expiratory. All data was analysed by the lung analysis software of computer-aided inspection system, and made Correlation Analysis with pulmonary function parameters and comparison of the normal volunteers.3,Results:There is significant correlation with Vin/ Vex and RV/TLC(r=0.90,P<0.01).There is significant correlation with Vin ,Vex and total lung capacity(TLC)and residual volume(RV)(r=0. 70;0.81,respective,P<0.01).(Vin-Vex)showed correlation with FVC(r=0.76,P<0.01).Expiratory EV-910 correlated with FEV1/FVC%(r=-0.84,P<0.01)。Expiratory PI-910 had a good correlation with FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%( r=-0.86;-0.85,respective,P<0.01).At Inspiratory, the average Vin is(5318.15±1200.74)ml,lung density is (-898.04±35.36)HU,the density per unit volume is(0.102±0.035)g/cm3.There is no significance difference between the three Parameters in normal group and COPD group(P>0.01).At Expiratory, the average Vex is (3878. 21±1202.75)ml ,lung density is (-855.04±50.41)HU,the density per unit volume is(0.144±0.051)g/cm3.There is significance difference between the three Parameters in normal group and COPD group(P<0.01)。4,Conclusion :MSCT pulmonary function test can evaluate the situation and provide an objective basis in clinical diagnosis of the patients with COPD.
