| ObjectiveObserve the expression of nm23 H1 and beta - catenin in non-small cell lung cancer in which to discusses the expression with the lung cancer occurrence,development relations; By detecting the experession and the relationship of nm23 H1 and beta-catenin in lung cacer between clinicopathological parameters to explore the correlation between expression and the development process for the significance of non-small cell lung cancer, provide the scientific basis to early diagnosis and treatment .Materials and methodsAll lung cancer tissue were from the pathology department of Yanan university affiliated hospital in 2005-2010 of the surgical biopsy specimens, Every cases included tumor tissue and tumor edge tissue adjacent to each piece which distance of more than 3cm , including 58 patients, according to WHO classification standard into phosphorus carcinoma 19 cases, in 27 cases adenocarci- noma ,12 cases other cancer types(include mucus cell carcinoma 7cases,carcinoid 3 case,clear cell carcinoma 2cases). Between them there are well-differe -ntiated 27 cases and 31 cases of poorly differentiated period(According to the cancerous tissue differentiate -on degree that high differentiation will be recognited as a well-differentiated,and low with middle will be recognited as poorly differentiated ), in another benign lesions organization of pulmonary surgery 20cases as control group. All lung specimen and lung benign lesion confirmed by hematoxylineosin dyeing pathological specimens, two experienced pathological doctors diagnose, preoperative all did not received chemoradiotherapy. This experiment used immune histochemical method in the expression of lung tissue nm23 H1 and beta cateninResultsIn 58 cases of lung cancer, 38 cases nm23 H1 positive expression, expression rate for 65.52%, in 58 cases Carcinoma weeks organization,43 cases positive expression,the rate is74.13%, in 20 pulmonary benign lesions, 17 cases positive expression,the rate is85%,.but by statistical comparison, no obvious difference between the three; Beta catenin positie expression rate of lung cancer in 58 cases for 47 cases, expression rate is 81.03%, 58 patients carcinoma in 28 cases organization for 48.28%expression, positive in 20 cases of lung benign lesions in 7 cases, rate of 35% to express. By comparison, lung cancer , Carcinoma weeks organization and lung benign lesions significant difference with each other (P < 0.05). There are obvious diff -erence between the three; compared with lung benign lesions and lung cancer group, P < 0.05, have the Statistical significance; Carcinoma weeks organization compared with lung benign lesions P > 0.05, no obvious difference. Lung cancer, compared with Carcinoma weeks organization group (P < 0.05), and a statistically significant difference; nm23H1 in phosphorus cancer expression rate is 63.16% and in adenocarcinoma expression rate is 66.67 %, in other types of lung cancer group expression rate is 58.33%, by comparison, has no obvi -ous differences between them; the conclusion show that there are no relevant between nm 23H1 and Pathological type of the non small cell lung cancer ;beta catenin in phosphorus carcinoma expression rate was 78.95% and in adenocarcinoma expression rate is 92.59%, in other cancer types for 58.33% of expression rate. Between the three express there have some obvious difference (P<0.05);By comparison,phosphorus carcinoma andaden -ocarcinoma have no obvious difference,(P > 0.05); Phosphorus carcinoma and other cancer types also have no obvious difference (P > 0.05); Adenocarcinoma compared with other cancer types are obviously differences (P < 0.05); nm23 H1 expression relate to lung cancer on the different- tiation degree (χ2=10.009 P=0.002,P<0.05)), and relate to lung cancer about whether lymphatic turn transfer (χ2=15.269 P=0.001 P<0.05). And regardless of age and sex. Beta catenin expression relate to lung cancer on the differentiation degree (χ2=6.785 P=0.009,P<0.05), and ralate to lung cancer about whether lymphatic turn transfer (χ2=5.34 P=0.021 P<0.05). regardless of age and sex; After four lattice table chi-square analysisthere was some correlation between nm23 expression and beta - catenin expression (χ2=6.855, P=0.009 P<0.05), both between has some statistically significant, suggesting both express related.Conclusionsnm23H1 relevant with tumor differentiation degree, the higher differentiation degree,the higher nm23 H1 expression rate; nm23H1 gene expression was concerned with lymph node metastasis, nm23H1 positive genes related to in no lymph node metastasis non-small cell lung cancer organizations; Beta catenin over-expressed in non-small cell lung cancer and closely related to the adenocarcinoma's happen; Beta catenin is closely related to non-small cell lung cancer in the differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis which happens at low differentiation degree tissue and lung cancer organizations that lymph node metastasis existence ; the expression of nm23 H1 and beta– catenin in non-small cell lung cancer has some significantly associated. |
