Study Of Regional Ecological Sanitation Systems Based On Urban-Rural Recycled Development

The development of human society is a continuous process of innovation, How to realize the sustainable development of human beings has become a global issue. As technological development in human entering the 21st century, environmental pollution and ecological imbalance have become a serious threat to human health and survival. Water, air, soil as the basic survival environment, anyone damaged, that will lead to strong chain effect, and to bring about the collapse of the whole system. The city is facing rubbish has no place to treat, and municipal treatment facilities overload, while rural areas face serious environment problems, at the same time there exists insufficient supply of resources and energy. To improve the urban and rural environmental problems and the quality of farmers'life, that we need to change the concept of urban and rural planning and development.The different versions of material element circulation paths will be compared, and the combination point of urban and rural will be found out in this article. In additional, long broken point and circuit will be re-jointed together. According to the recycling economy theory, the system will be built, which is recycle habitation ecological sanitation system, to improve drainage system, to add organic waste collection system and renewable energy supply system. Then by constructing three subsystems: water supply and drainage system, organic garbage collection system, renewable energy supply system, in order to make urban-rural harmonious and complementary. Base on that, a biology renewable energy industry chain will be developed, to change unordered sanitation and inefficient operation that leaded by government. Based on the current advance of urban and rural planning and development, take Chongqing as the object of theoretical study, then choice the Chongqing university city as ecological health system's simulation construction area by specific situation analysis and make benefit analysis of ecology, economy and social separately. Finally in terms of how to maintain good operation and management of ecological health system, the author designs the corresponding management mechanism.In ecological aspects, this system helps protect water, reduce the surface water and groundwater's pollution levels, increase nutrients'ecological supply, improve soil texture, prevent compaction that caused by excessive use of chemical fertilizer; In economy aspects, the ecosystem contributes to save water, reduce energy consumption of sewage treatment, increase effective energy supply and farmers'income level; In social aspects, that can improve health environment, reduce disease happening, help guarantee food security and create more jobs. The whole system promotes man and environment, the urban and rural harmonious and sustainable development.
