On the basis of Wuhan city government office buildings and public buildings energy audit in 2010, the paper discussed and analyzed the hospital buildings energy consumption status and characteristics in Wuhan, pointed out the problems in a variety of energy-using systems, and then analyzed the energy saving potential and the effective energy saving measures of the hospital building to the problems of energy management.Selecting the typical general hospital from the audit samples, to calculate and analyse energy consumption of existing buildings, and use of the building energy consumption simulation software--Designbuilder set up model, analyzed energy saving potential and static investment payback period of various energy saving measures in inpatient building and outpatient building,and then analyzed variety of integrated energy-saving schemes generate benefits of energy saving, benefits of economic and benefits of environmental from low-level,middle-level and high-level.Then it analyzed the existing cold and heat source system of hospital, and combined with air conditioning and heating technology development,from the technical and economy point of view to mining the energy-saving potential of the different reconstruction schemes, and calculated the investment payback period of various reconstruction scheme.According to the new information of surgical building provided by the hospital and design units, it simulated energy consumption of expansion surgical building in different cold and heat sources schemes, through technical and economic analysis to determine the cold and heat source scheme of the expansion surgical building.It has the relationship among the hospital energy saving reconstruction, extension and the service level of hospital, forecasted and analyzed the suitable measures for energy-saving reconstruction in existing buildings of hospital and the technology of energy saving in extension building of hospital, which can improve the level of hospital services on the basis of no increase or small increase in building energy consumption.
