This thesis studied the extraction and refining technology of effective components from safflower,determined the technology that is suitable for the industrial procuctions,and did systematic researchs on the quality standard of the obtained effective parts.The study contains:1-Study on content measurement;2-Study on extraction technology 3-Study on refining technology 4-Study on quality creteria.A more suitable way to measure the content of flavonoid in safflower is established.In this thesis ,different extraction methods have been discussed.With the targert of extraction quatity of flavonoid,some single-factor tests have been done such as extraction solvent and extraction time.And require the best extraction technology by doing orthogonal test for the above factors.On the basis of aforementioned,the refine technology study have been done.The study divides into two steps:First,the refination by moacroporous resin,which includes pretreatment of extract,model selction of macroporous resin,PH value of the on-column solution and the selection of solvent elution and it's dosage.We get 80percent measurable composition of effective constituents in the end by enrichment through polyamide chromatography. This technology has been validated to be feasible.Qulity-stadard study have been done afterward with the index of HSYA and flavonoid.The qulity-stadard study ensures the uniform and stable qulity of effective parts,and will be a foundation for the stablity of square preparations'production.
