Objective: To observe the fracture healing time and forearm rotating recovery by using internal fixation with plate and titanium elastic nail (TEN) treating teenager's radius fracture, and compared with the treatment by using two plates in the similar condition, the researcher want to conclude the result of the former . Methods: According to the selection criteria election. It elected 36 cases into the observations, and according to different treatment ways dividing into two groups, group A of 16 cases is the team by using internal fixation internal fixation with plate and titanium elastic nail (TEN), and group B with 20 case using two plates internal fixation. Observe the two groups'generally condition, the postoperative fracture healing time and 3 months and 6 months forearm rotation recovery. Statistical the data, and use SPSS17.0 statistical software for processing. Results: A group is quick than B group in the fracture healing time. There's no statistically significant difference between the two groups in 3 and 6 months of rehabilitation of forearm rotation. Conclusion: Compared with using two plates internal fixation, the results were satisfactory by using internal fixation with plate and titanium elastic nail (TEN), and it has advantages in healing time, and reduces complications also.
