The Clinical Research Of Ipsilateral Humerus And Ulna Radius Fractures

Objective:By means of the systematic analysis consulted 1010 cases in 43 literture and collected 8 cases, in order to further clarify the mechanism of fractures,the injury factors,fracture classification,the complicated injury of fracture,the selection of treatment methods and preventions of the complication of the ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures.To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment methods,expected to find out the best treatment method.Evaluate the risk factors of nonunion of humerus and ulna radial fractures, discuss the precaution of child's cubitus varus.Methods:Retrospect study 1010 cases in 43 literture and 8 clinical cases collected in 1999-2009,systemic analyze the average disease age,sex ratio,the injury factors,the mechanism of fractures,fracture classification,the treatment methods and healing of the fractures.And through a comparative study between the two to definite the relevance between the the selection of treatment methods and disease age,the injury factors,the mechanism of fractures,fracture classification,the complicated injury of fracture.Results:The average disease age,sexratio,the injury factors,the fracture position,the ratio of open fracture,which have correlation with literture reported.Because of the small sample size, can not be fully compared with the literature research results and can not by statistical methods to evaluate which treatment methods is better to the the ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures.And can not definite the relevance between the the selection of treatment methods,nonunion of humerus and ulna radius fractures and disease age,the injury factors,the mechanism of fractures,fracture classification,the complicated injury of fracture.But according to the literture reported and clincal research, operation treatment is the main treatment for the adult ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures,among them plate is the main fixation. Non-operation treatment or kirschner wire fixation is the main treatment for child ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures.Conclusion:Adult ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures should be treated by operation, rational use plate,intramedullary nai,kirschner wire or external fixator in humerus fracture.Ulna and radius fractures mostly use plate,intramedullary nail or kirschner wire fixation. Non-operation treatment or kirschner wire fixation is the main treatment for child ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures. Because adult ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures are often serious and complex, comminuted and open fractures frequently occur,so non-operation treatment easily lead to fracture nonunion and elbow dysfunction.The severity of ipsilateral humerus and ulna radius fractures in child is better than in adult, stable fractures and closed fractures are mostly seen,so the treatments can not copy adult's completely. Non-operation treatment or kirschner wire internal fixation has been able to meet the needs of fracture healing and functional recovery.
