Clinical Study On Acute Period Of Ischemic Stroke Due To Ecchymosis And Internal Organs Reality Of Body Treated With "Huo Xue Li Shui Tong Fu Decoction"

Objective:To study the curative effect of acute period of ischemic stroke due to ecchymosis and internal organs reality of body treated with"Huo Xue Li Shui Tong Fu Decoction",and to discuss the mechanism of this therapy.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group of"Huo Xue Li Shui Tong Fu Decoction"and routine western medicine and the control group of routine western medicine. The treatment cycle is 14days. Changes of clinical symptoms,signs and lab indexes were detected before and after treatment.Results:14days later,we found that total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,compared with control group,there are predominant difference(P<0.05).We find this therapy can lower TG,LDL-C,ET-1,TXB2,FB,and improve HDL-C,6-keto-PGF1a,NO.Compared with control group,there were predominant differences (P<0.05) except for Tch(P>0.05).Conclusion:"Huo Xue Li Shui Tong Fu Decoction"applied to treat acute period of ischemic stroke due to ecchymosis and internal organs reality of body is testified to be effective.
