Methhods Of Accelerating Qi-Flow Over The Meridians For Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Clinical Research

Objective: Observation using fly via go gas acupuncture gimmick, the clinical curative effect of for scapulohumeral periarthritis provide objective basis for clinical treatment.Methods: 64 cases scapulohumeral periarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups (32 cases in treatment group and control group by 32 cases) the diagnosis and standardization of effect assessment standards to shoulder pain and shoulder function and mobility and daily life activities ADL) for observing ability respectively by using fly index, acupuncture gimmick and walk gas conventional acupuncture treatment, the treatment method two courses six days for a period of treatment to 64 cases, the curative effect of patients with statistical processing and analysis.Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group total effectiveness is 96.88% 90.63%, two group total effectiveness no significant difference (P > 0.05), but in the cure rate in treatment group was better than control (P < 0.01). Treatment group and control group in alleviating pain and improve the shoulder shoulder function and mobility and daily life activity ability (ADL) between, has significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:1 to fly via go gas acupuncture treatments for scapulohumeral periarthritis and conventional acupuncture treatments for scapulohumeral periarthritis total effectiveness without significant difference , but clearly superior in cure rate on acupuncture group .2 to fly via go gas acupuncture treatments for scapulohumeral periarthritis better able to ease their pain, improve joint function and mobility and daily life activity ability (ADL).3 use to fly via go gas acupuncture treatments for scapulohumeral periarthritis overall efficacy is superior to the conventional acupuncture treatments for scapulohumeral periarthritis.
