The Influence Of Removing Wind And Dredging Meridians To Effect Of Clinic Therapy On Periarthritis Of Shoulder Freeze In Arthroscopic Surgery

This study aimed to explore Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians impact of the freeze frozen arthroscopic surgery clinical efficacy observed for TCM symptom score, Constant-Murley shoulder score, investigate Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians frozen arthroscopic surgery treatment in rats. Thesis is divided into three parts, namely, literature research, clinical study and discussion.Objective:Discussion on Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians from Zhou Fuyi improved effect of shoulder joint function and inflammatory factor related indexes in periarthritis of shoulder arthroscopy and provide new ideas and new methods for the clinical treatment.Methods:Select diagnosed cases of frozen shoulder and had undergone arthroscopic surgery, 63 patients were randomly divided into group A (34 cases):Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians and Functional Training, group B (29 patients):Functional training, with Constant shoulder joint function score, respectively, after 3 days,1 week,2 weeks,1 month to observe the status of assessed shoulder function.Results:The sex, age of the experimental control groups were statistically analyzed, P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, there were significant differences before each time point Constant shoulder function of the total score and preoperative and linear improvement; were compared preoperative and postoperative month of pain, joint function, range of motion and muscle strength ratings, and find among the same group, the statistical analysis, P<0.05, statistically significant difference; between the two groups, statistical analysis, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Functional Exercise and Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians can effectively improve the postoperative frozen shoulder functional status, and on the basis of functional exercise on joint use Removing Wind and Dredging Meridians in improving shoulder function state more significant, is the shoulder effective treatment of inflammation after treatment.
