The Clinical Research Of Pinggan Xifeng Huayu Tongluo Treatment Migraine (Liver Wind Carry Blood Stasis Syndrome )

Objective:Through the correlative literature for migraine arrangement, as well as Pinggan Xifeng Huayu Tongluo Treatment of migraine headache (liver wind carry blood stasis Syndrome ) cases of patients with observations on the Pinggan Xifeng Huayu Tongluo Treatment of Migraine (liver wind carry blood stasis Syndrome) to make a preliminary assessment of Clinical efficacy.Method:48 cases migraines (liver wind carry blood stasis Syndrome ) patients were enrolled in the clinical trials , through a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled method method of clinical research. In this experiment in 48 patients migraine sufferers through central stochastic system randomly divided into the treatment group (24 cases), and the control group (24 cases). 24 patients as treatment group who received Migraine granules(Pinggan Xifeng Huayu Tongluo), twice a day, one bag a day; and 24 as control group were treated by Migraine granules simulation agent, twice a day, one bag a day. Observation on the treatment of 12 weeks, compared to clinical symptoms and analysis before and after treatment.Results:After the curative effect of the statistical analysis, This test preliminary evidence in alleviating migraine (liver wind carry blood stasis Syndrome) patients on the symptoms and physical signs has an Significant role . Migraine curative effect statistics show that 95.83% and 25.00% in treatment group and control group respectively. Clinical observation on two groups, the difference that significant statistically significant (P < 0.01); To improve syndromes in the statistical analysis indicates that treatment group total effectiveness (95.83%), the comparison group total effectiveness (29.17%) , explain the treatment group in improving the syndromes was better than control ; In the control migraine attacks number, degree, duration and improve migraine symptoms, with between treatment group and control group comparative differences also significant, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.Conclusion: Pinggan Xifeng Huayu Tongluo can be effective in treating migraine (liver wind carry blood stasis Syndrome),also can significantly improve the migraine headache (liver wind carry blood stasis Syndrome) in patients with symptoms, signs and syndromes,it has definite effect,can be extended.
