Purpose: Migraine is a common disease on clinic.This disease has a long course,differ inseverity from person to person and repeated headache attacks.This has greatly affected thepatients’ quality of life.This study based on TCM’s basic theories,combining with the clinicalpractice.The drug is a granule of Huoxue Xifeng composed in a very effective therapies totreatthedesease,whichcompriseDangGui,Chuanxiong,Jiangcan,Dilong,Tianma,Chaihu,Danshen.Treatment of migraine headache(wind and blood stasis syndrome)cases of patients withobservations on the Huoxue Xifeng Treatment of Migraine(wind and blood stasissyndrome)effective make a preliminary assessment.Method: The randomized clinical trials,positive controlled substances were observed inmigraine headache(wind and blood stasis syndrome)patients60cases were randomly dividedinto treatment group30cases,the control group30cases,treatment were28days.Self-HuoxueXifeng granule(Danggui30g,Chuanxiong20g,Jiangcan10g,Dilong30g,Tianma15g,Chaihu10g,Danshen20g)for the trial medication,from ChangChun University of Chinese MedicineAffiliated Hospital to provide a daily one,blunt water,2times a day.Zhenaoning as a positivecontrol,from Tonghua Dongbao Pharmacentical Co.,Ltd. Provided(listed productsZ10920037)(three times a day,a3,oral),every capsule has0.3g,every box has60capsule.Result:1.The activating of Huoxue Xifeng granule can be significantly improvedmigraine headache,wind and blood stasis syndrome in patients with symptoms andsigns.Migraine efficacy in the treatment group,the total effective rate was86.67%,in thecontrol group,the total effective rate was66.33%,compared with different in efficacy of thetwo groups,was significant(P＜0.05),shows efficacy of the treatment group was better thanthe control group.To improve the TCM in the treatment group,the total effective rate was96.67%,in the control group.The total effective rate was70.00%,between the treatment groupand control group showed significant difference(P<0.05). That shows the treatment group wasbetter than the control treatment group.Conclusion: Huoxue Xifeng Treatment of Migraine(wind and blood stasis syndrom)cansignificantly ease the patients’ symptoms and improve patient migraine headache,its goodefficacy,fast onset,with in-depth development of value.
