Comparison Of Two Kinds Of Operational Treatment Of Developmentally Dislocation Of The Hip

Objective: To explore the efficacy and common complications of evelopmentally dislocation of the hip to choose Pemberton ilium osteotomy and Salter osteotomy of 6-10 years of age. to provide the reference for surgery methods choice of clinicians treating developmentally dislocation of the hip.Methods: To collect 53 patients hospitalized with DDH patients fromApril 2004 toSeptember 2010 in lanzhou university second hospital, 60 hips,According to the different methods of operation can be divided into: Pemberton iliac osteotomy group and Salter pelvic osteotomy group. Altogether 26 cases, including male 30 hip 7 cases, female (19 cases), Pemberton iliac osteotomy group: the male is7 cases, female 19, 6 years old - 10 years, mean age 8 years old 2 months; Salter pelvic osteotomy group: a total of 27 patients, including male 30 hip in 5 cases, female 20 cases; 6 years old - 10 years old. For Pemberton iliac osteotomy and Salter pelvic osteotomy two different operative method to treat the curative effect of developmentally dislocation of the hip were retrospectively analyzed.Results: The standard X-excellent rate of two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Dykes of Pemberton joint capsule around iliac osteotomy and soft tissue loose solution and femur jodan osteotomies 96.67%, dykes of postoperative Salter osteotomy70%.There were significant statistic differences in the incidence of the excellent and good rate between the two groups(p<0.05),The comparison of the excellent and good rate between the two groups: Dykes of Pemberton joint capsule around iliac osteotomy and soft tissue loose solution and femur jodan osteotomies 96.67%, dykes of postoperative Salter osteotomy66.7%.Conclusion: The research shows : For 6-10 year-old children with de- velopmental dislocation of the hip,Pembeton iliac osteotomy is an im- portantsurgical.Comparison of the fficacy,PembetonJoint capsule ar- ound the superior iliac osteotomy Salteer osteotomy.Prompt us in the preoperative patient selection must be appropriate for the surgical pr- ocedure ,To achieve the best therapeutic effect.Meet the indications in the case of Pembeton joint capsule around the iliac osteotomy for the treatment of ,6-10 year-old children with developmental dislocation of the hip surgical procedure of choice.
