The Clinic Curative Study Of Curing The Cough Variant Asthma(CVA) With Cold Syndrome Due To The Deficiency By The Therapy Of Zhichuantie

Objective:To explore the clinic curative of Zhichuantie treating children Cough Variant Asthma with cold syndrome.Method:60 patients of CVA with cold syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group (Zhichuantie and aminophylline) and control group (aminophylline),30 patients in each group.The clinical therapeutic effect and change of the absolute eosinophile count (EOS) in peripheral blood, eosinophile cationic protein (ECP) in the sputum before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:1.Zhichuantie has therapeutic effect on CVA with cold syndrome,total valid rate was 96.7%,and there was a significant difference as compared to the control group.2.Zhichuantie significantly relaxes the symptoms such as cough,nasal obstruction, cold body,white cated tongue of patients.3.Zhichuantie reduces the absolute eosinophile count (EOS) in peripheral blood and the concentration of eosinophile cationic protein (ECP) in the sputum of CVA with cold syndrome efficiently,and there was a significant difference as compared to the control group.4.There was no distinct adverse-reaction in clinical application. Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Zhichuantie is certain.Maybe the Zhichuantie has better functions of cough-relief,resolving nasal obstruction,cold body,white cated tongue,and low toxicity,reduces the absolute EOS count in peripheral blood and the concentration of ECP in the sputum efficiently,and can be used as an effective and safe traditional Chinese medicine to treat patients in CVA with cold syndrome...
