Objective:By observing changes of imaging manifestations and ADC,MSD,MSI values RRB in cervical cancer prior and posterior to the chemoradiotherapy with magnetic resonance DWI and PWI. To compare the discrepance of ADC,MSD,MSI values and RRB prior to the chemoradiotherapy in different regress degree of cervical cancer, and analyze the correlation between ADC,MSD,MSI,RRB and the change rate of tumor diameters prior and posterior to the chemoradiotherapy of cervical cancer. To explore the feasibility of DWI and PWI in predicting the sensibility of cervical cancer chemoradiotherapy.Materials and Methods:MRI routine scanning,DWI,PWI and conventional enhanced scanning were performed in 31 patients with cervical cancer proved by pathology, also in 6 normal cases as control group. Differences of ADC,MSD,MSI values and RRB in both groups were analyzed.21 patients with cervical cancer who underwent DW,PWI were examined again after therapy within one week using the same MRI sequence, and differences of ADC,MSD,MSI values and RRB were compared prior and posterior to the chemoradiotherapy. Patients were divided into obvious residua group and non-obvious residue group according to T2WI,DWI imaging after therapy. To compare differences of maximum transverse diameter, sagittal diameter,ADC,MSD,MSI values and RRB in both groups respectively. The change rate of maximum transverse diameter and sagittal diameter are calculated in group of cervical cancer under chemoradiotherapy prior and posterior to therapy. To analyze the correlation between ADC,MSD,MSI values,RRB and the change rate of maximum transverse diameter and sagittal diameter prior and posterior to the chemoradiotherapy.Result:①The value of ADC in normal control group[(1.84±0.27)×10-3mm2/s] is higher than that in cervical cancer group[(0.91±0.22)×10-3mm2/s], and values of MSD,MSI[(38.15±6.60),(16.77±3.62)] are lower than that in cervical cancer group[(71.84±9.20),(34.82±7.19)]. RRB (85.79±2.44) is higher than that in cervical cancer group(50.54±11.88).There were significantly different between two groups (P<0.01).②The value of ADC in 21 cases of cervical cancer underwent chemicotherapy before therapy [(0.91±0.23)×10-3mm2/s] is lower than that after therapy[(1.37±0.28)×10-3mm2/s],and values of MSD,MSI before therapy [(71.47±8.86),(32.66±4.57)] are higher than that after therapy[(49.06±7.67), (23.92±6.81)].The RRB before therapy (48.49±9.38) is lower than that after therapy (71.11±13.19). There were significantly different between two groups (P<0.05).③There are 13 cases in no obvious residue group and 8 cases in obvious residua group. The maximum transverse diameter and sagittal diameter in no obvious residue group before therapy[(3.40±1.26)cm, (3.20±1.49)cm] were smaller than that in obvious residua group[(5.91±1.64) cm,(5.15±1.79) cm].There were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05). The value of ADC in no obvious residue group before therapy [(0.99±0.25)×10-3mm2/s] is higher than that in obvious residua group [(0.79±0.09)×10-3mm2/s].There were significantly different between two groups (P<0.05).Values of MSD,MSI in no obvious residue group before therapy [(67.96±5.96),(30.65±4.01)] were lower than that in obvious residua group [(77.17±9.90),(35.94±3.52)].There were significantly different between two groups (P<0.05).RRB in no obvious residue group before therapy is 51.05±9.99,that in obvious residua group is 44.32±6.96. There were no significantly different between two groups (P=0.112).④There have strong negative correlations between the change rate of the maximum transverse diameter and sagittal diameter before and after therapy in obvious residua group and the value of MSI before therapy (P<0.05).Conclusion:①The ADC value of cervical cancer is lower than that in normal control group, values MSD,MSI are higher than that in normal control group, and RRB is lower than that in normal control group. The ADC value and RRB become to rise and values of MSD MSI decline of cervical cancer posterior to the chemoradiotherapy. DWI and PWI have certain calue in diagnosis of cervical cancer and the comparative study of it prior and posterior to the chemoradiotherapy.②Cervical cancers with higher recovery rate of baseline and ADC value together with lower MSD,MSI values as well as smaller radial line are tend to shrink more obviously than that with lower recovery rate of baseline and ADC value together with higher MSD,MSI values as well as larger radial line. It suggestes that DWI and PWI are probably contributed to predict the sensibility of cervical cancer chemoradiotherapy.
