Objective:Comparing the CT perfusion parameters between clear cell renal cell carcinoma(CCRCC) and renal cortex. Comparing the CT perfusion parameters between clear cell renal cell carcinoma(CCRCC) and renal medulla. Comparing the CT perfusion parameters among different clinical staging of CCRCCs. To discuss the value of CT perfusion imaging in judging the difference between CCRCC and renal cortex, between CCRCC and renal medulla.To discuss the value of CT perfusion imaging in judging clinical staging of CCRCC.Methods:CT perfusion was Performed by 64 MSCT in 30 Patients with CCRCCs Which were confirmed by consequently operation and histopathology. The perfusion parameters of normal renal cortex, normal renal medulla and CCRCCs was got by the post-processing. These CCRCCs was staged by Robson staging method. Statistical analysis was executed by SPSS 15.0 software. Testing the discrepancies between CCRCCS and normal renal cortex, between CCRCCs and normal renal medulla by analysis of variance. Testing the discrepancies between stage I CCRCCs and stageⅡCCRCCs by independent samples t test.Result:1.30 cases of CCRCC CT perfusion parameter BF (437.45±137.46) ml.100g-1.min-1, BV (20.10±9.74) ml.100g-1,MTT (3.67±0.71)s, PS (42.65±9.73)ml.100g-1.min-1.30 cases of renal cortex CT perfusion parameter BF (680.51±102.64) ml.100g-1.min-1, BV (27.45±5.67) ml.100g-1, MTT (1.74±0.76) s, PS (71.20±11.35) ml.100g-1.min-1.30 cases of renal medulla CT perfusion parameter BF (50.43±21.69) ml.100g-1.min-1, BV (7.75±1.92) ml.100g-1, MTT (8.73±0.83) s, PS (30.37±10.28) ml.100g-1.min-1.2. CCRCCs was staged by Robson staging method, stageⅠ13cases, stageⅡ11cases, stageⅢ5cases,stageⅣ1cases.3. The perfusion parameters exist difference between CCRCCS and normal renal cortex, between CCRCCs and normal renal medulla(P<0.05), BF,BV,PS of CCRCCs was lower than normal renal cortex, but MTT of CCRCCs was longer than normal renal cortex; BF,BV,PS of CCRCCs was higher than normal renal medulla, but MTT of CCRCCs was shorter than normal renal medulla.4. BF,BV,PS of stageⅡCCRCCs was higher than stageⅠCCRCCs, but there are not difference in MTT between stageⅡCCRCCs and stageⅠCCRCCs.Conclusion:1. The perfusion parameters exist difference between CCRCCS and normal renal cortex, between CCRCCs and normal renal medulla, CT perfusion can judge the difference of the hemodynamics between CCRCC and renal cortex, between CCRCC and renal medulla.2. The perfusion parameters exist difference between stageⅡCCRCCs and stageⅠCCRCCs,CT perfusion can offer the help in staging and is important add of routine CT scan. CT perfusion can help in the choice of treatment methods and judging of prognosis.
