And observing scratch wound assay and matrigel artificial basement membrane invasion assay after photodynamic therapy with different photosensitizer concentration and energy density of lasers. Results:The results show photodynamic therapy can inhibit the growth of CNE line, but there is still a little cell surviving. The migration of CNE cell is inhibited with appropriate photosensitizer concentration and energy density of laser after photodynamic therapy. It exhibits a linear relation between cell migration and the energy density, when the photosensitizer concentration is a maximum effective concentration of 1mM/L. The invasion of CNE cell is also inhibited after photodynamic therapy. There is a relationship between the change of invasion and 5-ALA concentration & energy density of lasers. It exhibits a linear relation between cell invasion and the energy density in the same photosensitizer concentration. Conclusion:The migration and invasion of CNE line are both inhibited after photodynamic therapy. The change of migration and invasion is related to 5-ALA concentration & energy density of laser.
