[Objective] To discuss the value and treatment of clinical diagnosis by the supplementary examination of the breast precancerous lesion.[Methods] 308 female patients (312 lesions) were retrospective analyzed who were operated and diagnosis as precancerous lesion of breast with pathological findings in our hospital from July,2007 to September,2009.Analyse the positive signs of the breast precancerous lesion examed with mammography, ultrasonography and fiberoptic ductoscopy. The diagnosis by using ultrasonography combined with mammography was compared with that by using ultrasonography and mammography respectively. And the clinical significance of surgical treatment[Results] 183 patients(183/305) were diagnosed by ultrasonography(60%),172 patients (172/227) were diagnosed by mammography(75.77%),p<0.01.Combined ultrasonography with mammography was more sensitivity than ultrasonography and mammography respectively(p<0.05).In these cases of nipple discharge,67 patients(67/70) were diagnosed by fiberoptic ductoscopy, and 32 patients(32/70) were diagnosed by ultrasonography, p<0.01.52 nonpal-pable breast lesions (52/68) were diagnosed by mammography while the other 19 lesions (19/68) were diagnosed by ultrasonography, p<0.01. All the 68 nonpal-pable breast lesions were localized (68/68) and excised, and the diagnostic accordance rate was 100%.[Conclusions] The majority of the breast precancerous lesion cases are young and middle-aged women.Pay attention to the symptoms and the clinical signs and efficently using the mammography, ultrasonography and fiberoptic ductoscopy respectively or using in combination would increase the sensitivity of the diagnosis of precancerous lesion,to guide clinical treatment program.
