The Experimental Study Of Perlecan In The Nonunion Of Bone Tissue

Objective:Research Perlecan in the stump of nonunion of bone tissue in order to determine the role of perlecan of the occurrence of nonunion of bone tissue.Methods:Take clinical 50 cases bone tissue of stump of nonunion of bone which were obtained from surgical treatment, as well as to achieve a good clinical healing fracture of the cases underwent operation to remove the internal fixation of bone callus healing of bone tissue taken 50 cases as controls, the samples were stained with the immunocytochemistry of SABC. The distribution and expression of perlecan was quantitative analyzed with image analysis system.Results:Perlecan in the experimental group and control group were expressed, the experimental group expressed significantly weaker than the control group.Conclusion:Perlecan have the relation with the occurrence of nonunion of bone, play a role in fracture healing,is one of the biological factors of affecting bone nonunion of fractures.
