Objective To analyze the BCG purified protein derivative intravitreal injection to establishing an animal model of Eales Disease. Sensitized groupâ…¡occurs fluorescence liakage. the sensitized groupâ…¢occurs fluorescence liakage and see images of retinal neovascularization. four groups showed non-perfusion area,no exudative retinal detachment.5.Retinal pathology and FITC-dextran angiography:Retinal pathology show the retina of non-sensitized group and the sensitized groupâ… , thickening,fold,structural disorder,retinal vascular dilation,congestion,no perivascular lymphocytic inliltration,and no veovascularization. Sensitized groupâ…¡groupâ…¢addition to the above,also found beside a small amount of retinal vascular lymphocytic infiltration.FITC-dextran angiography show non-sensitized group of vascular disorder of moving,the wall was stained,blood vessels nodular protrusions,no fluorescent liakage;sensitized groupâ… can be seen the edge of FITC-dextran fluorescence liakage;stenosis occurred in sensitized groupâ…¡;sensitized groupâ…¢see vascular occlusion and non-perfusion area. Conclusion 1.after foot pad of rats intradermal sensitization with HS-AgP35 united BCG-PPD antigen,intravitreal injection of BCG-PPD can produce inflammation of retinal blood vessels;2.intravitreal injcetion of BCG-PPD,the united sensitized group is more easy than the single sensitized and non-sensitized group to produce retinal vascular inflammation,intravitreal injcetion of different concentrations of BCG-PPD,which induced the immune response and the extent of retinal vascular inflammation differ;3.speculated that the vitreous through the injection of the BCG-PPD to the sensitized rats,the body may be caused retinal vasculitis by sensitized T/B lymphocyte.
