Objective:To use the PPD (purfied protein derivatives tuberculin) test sieve PPD test negative asthmatic children into the group,the BCG (Bacillus Calmette-Guerin vaccine) vaccination and the PPD stimulation are made interfere factors, comparing the intervention group and non-intervention group between the clinical effect and IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γchange, BCG / PPD as assisted treatment of asthma was Discussed on clinical efficacy and regulation Th1/Th2 immune imbalance and improving asthma airway immune injury,to provide a new means in the clinical treatment of children with asthma.Methods: Random legislation in Anhui Province Hospital, pediatric asthma specialist out-patient taken between the ages of 5 to 14 years old asthmatic children , 38 asthmatic children were selected by the use of PPD test with negative and were randomly divided into BCG / PPD intervention group (A group , conventional treatment and to the BCG / PPD intervention) and non-intervention group (B group, only conventional treatment), conventional therapy according to GINA (global initial for asthma) program was treated accordingly. Take 10 healthy children as control group (C group). Before treatment (0 months) the intervention group to be vaccinated BCG, four weeks after inoculation with the PPD skin test to determine the succession,then they were given intradermal injection 5 units of PPD in the monthly, total six. Months; Before the start of treatment (0 months) and after treatment (6 months) respectively, IL-4,IFN-γ,,IL-10 levels were detected(by method of ELISA assay),And after 3 months and 6 months of in the treatment ,children with asthma were evaluated about Clinical symptoms and and clinical control level .Without the intervention group were given routine treatment only and observed indicators same as the intervention group.Results: 1:The results of clinic symptoms and control level: Before treatment (0 months time)clinical symptoms and severity were compared between the intervention group and no intervention group, no statistical significant difference (p <0.05),The BCG/PPD group's daytime symptoms, night symptoms, activity limitation,clinic controlled number had statistical significance compared with the non-intervention group(p<0.05)at 3th month. The BCG/PPD group's night symptoms, the improvement of PEF(%) and clinic controlled number had statistical significance compared with the non-intervention group(p<0.05)at 6th month.2:T cell factor IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γtest results:(1)Before the start of treatment (0 months), compared the intervention group with non-intervention group, IFN-γ, IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γ/IL-4 levels were not significantly different, but IL-4 of the two groups were higher than normal levels of healthy children(C group), IFN-γ,IL-10 and IFN-γ/IL-4 were lower than normal levels of healthy children(C group), the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 01)。(2)After the end of treatment (6 months),T cells factor IL-4, IFN-γ, IL-10 results:IFN-γ,IL-10 and IFN-γ/IL-4 levels of the intervention group (A group) compared with pre-treatment increased, IL-4 levels decreased , the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 01) IFN-γ,IL-10 and IFN-γ/IL-4 levels of the non-intervention group (B group) compared with pre-treatment increased, IL-4 levels decreased , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intervention group (A group) with non-intervention group (B group) comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), intervention group (A group) treatment is better than B group.Conclusions: (1)It is an important reason that T-cell factor IL-4 and IL-10, IFN-γ disorder in the incidence of bronchial asthma .(2)BCG vaccination, PPD repeated stimulation-assisted treatment of children with asthma compared to those with inhalation therapy can significantly improve theThe clinical symptoms of asthma. (3) BCG / PPD interfere make IL-4 decreased andIFN-γand IL-10 increased, BCG and PPD have synergistic effection on asthma treatment,can promot Th1 and inhibit Th2 effection, there is reversal of Th1 / Th2 cell ratio imbalance and promot function ,it is one of the means to correct TH1/TH2 balance in the treatment of asthma.
