There was no significant differences for liver glycogen content of Shenlai tablet between each dose groups (P＞0.05). Shenlai tablet each dose group were higher than the control group for swimming time(F=3.733, P=0.020; P<0.05), of which the difference are significant for Shenlai tablet high dose group compared with the normal control group(P=0.038) and no significant difference for Shenlai tablet between each dose group (P>0.05). Blood lactate area under the curve of Shenlai tablet dose groups are significantly lower compared with the normal control group (F =3.560, P=0.024; P<0.05). The difference are significant for Shenlai tablet high-dose groups compared with normal control(P=0.039) and no significant differences for area under the curve each between Shenlai tablet dose groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion:Shenlai tablet can prolong the swimming time, improve exercise tolerance in mice, reduce blood lactate in mice after swimming exercise and increased glycogen content increased, so Shenlai tablet can be determined to have anti-fatigue function.Part two:An Exprimental Study on The Shenlai tablet for Toxicity SafetyObject:Evaluate the security of Shenlai tablet as heaith foodMethod:The Shenlai tablet is evaluated through the oral acute toxicity test in mice, rats injured Salmonella test (Ames test), mouse bone marrow micronucleus test, mouse sperm morphology test and thirty days feeding study in rats.
