But now an urgent need for the efficacy and safety of the herbal tea toxicological evaluation, in particular, to clarify the safety of herbal tea. Therefore, to ensure food safety, it is necessary for the system to its efficacy and toxicology studies. Used herbal tea in our group representative of Huang Fuxing Guangdong tea for the study, carried out its security system for safety evaluation of herbal tea to provide the scientific basis. The main work includes the following components:Part I:the Fuxing Qing Huang fire detox tea acute toxicity study; PartⅡ: Ames test, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test, sperm shape abnormality test of mice of Huang Fuxing Guangdong tea; PartⅢ: 90 days feeding experiment, experimental Study on Stability. The results are as follows:First, according to GB15193.3-2003, the tested compounds Huang Fuxing Guangdong tea with the maximum tolerated dose (20ml/kg·BW) with exposed orally infected mice were observed continuously for 14 days, no symptoms of poisoning and death occurs, the measured pentachlorophenol oral acute toxicity LD50> 15g/kg·Bw, can be judged to be non-toxic. Second, according to GB15193.3-2003, the tested compounds Huang Fuxing Guangdong tea was administered by one of the largest design capacity of the high dose group, consists of medium and low dose group.
