Hyperlipidemia is a term of modern medicine, and is the lipid developmental and metabolic disorder in the human body, lipid density inside the blood plasma is more than a kind of disease of normally high limit, it can be expressed as hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, or both (mixed hyperlipidemia). It is the common and frequently-occurring disease in the elderly. Along with our country life level of exaltation, the prevalence of hyperlipidemia showed an increasing trend year by year, and the age of onset is getting younger. At present, for the treatment of hyperlipidemia, both chinese and western medicine have a wide variety of treatment methods, and aslo have a certain effect, but Western medicine treatment shows many side effects, many patients can not tolerate, therefore, in order to better meet the future clinical development needs, we have carried out a clinical research of using different acupuncture methods, acupoints of different meridians and different course of treatment to treat primary hypertriglyceridemia. Objective:Applying different acupuncture methods, acupoints of different meridians and different course of treament of primary hypertriglyceridemia to observe the clinical efficacy and the triglycerides levels of the before and after treatment, for statistical analysis, to explore the relative preferred combination of the clinical acupuncture treatment of primary hypertriglyceridemia. Methods:Reference to chinese medicine clinical research of new drugs guiding principles for hypertriglyceridemia clinical research guidelines. Using three factors and three-level orthogonal experimental design method, appling L9 (34) orthogonal experimental table, the diagnosis of hyperlipidemia, a random distribution of the study subjects were divided into acupoint injection+the spleen and stomach meridians+a course of treatment group, acupoint injection+back-shu points+2 course of treatment group, acupoint injection +points of Ren Meridian+3 course of treatment group, electro-acupuncture+the spleen and stomach meridians+2 course of treatment group, electro-acupuncture+back-shu points+3 course of treatment group, electro-acupuncture+points of Ren Meridian+a course of treatment group, moxibustion+the spleen and stomach meridians+3 course of treatment group, moxibustion+back-shu points+a course of treatment group and moxibustion+ points of Ren Meridian+2 course of treatment group, a total of 45 cases. In this study, patients treated were asked to maintain their original eating habits, and do not use the drugs affecting the lipid metabolism, and the blood test of triglycerides would be carried out before and after treatment. Results:TG in reducing blood lipids, through orthogonal test statistics show that:all the groups are effective in reducing TG level, of which the spleen and stomach meridians +moxibustion+3 course of treatment group is the best course of treatment group (FC>FA> FB, KA3> KA2> KA1, KB1> KB2> KB3, KC3> KC1> KC2). In each group TCM points decreased after treatment, indicating that all groups of all ages, patients with hyperlipidemia, dizziness, headache, chest tightness, palpitations, limb Ma, anorexia and other major clinical symptoms showed some improvements. To reduce symptoms of hyperlipidemia in patients with the best combination is Back-shu points+moxibustion+3 course of treatment group (FC>FA>FB,KA3> KA1> KA2, KB2> KB1>KB3, KC3> KC2> KC1).Conclusion:TG in reducing blood lipids is concerned, the spleen and stomach meridians+moxibustion+3 course of treatment group is the best course of treatment group. Each treatment group right of all ages hypertriglyceridemia in patients with dizziness, headache, chest tightness, palpitations, limb Ma, anorexia and other major clinical symptoms showed some improvements. In addition, Back-shu points+moxibustion+3 course of treatment group to reduce symptoms in TCM points is superior to other groups, indicating that Back-shu points+moxibustion+3 course of treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms in patients is superior to other groups, each Group didn't show serious adverse reactions and well tolerated.
