The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Xuanzhong Points, Dazhu Points Acupuncture Treatment On Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: to observe the influence of serum IL-1beta and COMP expression, andLequesne index and SF-36on knee osteoarthritis patients acupuncturing Xuanzhongpoints, Dazhu points, judge the clinical curative effect of this topic,clarify itsmechanism, provide objective basis for clinical. Provide more optimized treatmentmethod for KOA and further improve the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine forKOA.Methods:(1) using single blind method, controlled, randomized study method, theeligible subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group，30cases each.Control group uses common acupuncture treatment, and the experimentalgroup uses the acupuncture treatment on Xuanzhong points, Dazhu points. Theexperimental group: main points: Xuanzhong points, Dazhu points,Heding points,Ashi points;adjunct points: Zusanli points, Weizhong points, Yin lingquan points.Eachacupuncture main points, choose1~2adjunct points, after acupuncturing these points,retaining needle20min,1week acupuncture6times,30days for a course, continuousacupuncture2course of treatment.The control group: main points: Liangqiu points,Yang lingquan points, Xiyan points, Xuehai points, Ashi points, adjunct points:Yaoyangguan points,Geyu points,Ganyu points,Shenyu points, Qihai points.Eachacupuncture main points, choose1~2adjunct points, after acupuncturing these points,retaining needle20min,1week acupuncture6times,30days for a course, continuousacupuncture2course of treatment.Recorded the Lequesne index and SF-36beforeand after treatment, judge the clinical curative effect;Compare the change of serum IL-1beta, COMP before and after acupuncturing the two groups of subjects.(2) usingSPSS17.0statistical software, measuring data with mean±standard deviation(X±S),compared with the t test between groups, compared with single factor analysis ofvariance in the group, compared with the Ridit analysist on curative effect evaluationbetween groups, P <0.05for the differences are significant. Results:(1) The Lequesne index,the cure rate and total effective rate in theexperimental group was higher than that of the control group.(P=0.01、0.002、0.02)(2) the serum COMP level: before and after treatment in the experimental group bothtwo comparison was significant different (P <0.01);and before and after treatment inthe control group both two comparison was significant different (P <0.01);On the30thday after the treatment, the improvement of the experimental group was more obviousthan that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.01);On the60th dayafter the treatment, the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious thanthat of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.01).(3) the serum IL-1beta level: before and after treatment in the experimental group both two comparisonwas significant different (P <0.01);and before and after treatment in the control groupboth two comparison was significant different (P <0.01);On the30th day after thetreatment, the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious than that ofthe control group, with significant difference (P <0.01);On the60th day after thetreatment, the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious than that ofthe control group, with significant difference (P <0.01).(4) SF-36comparison:before and after treatment in the experimental group both two comparison wassignificant different (P <0.05);in the control group,the improvement on the30th and60th day after treatment was more obvious than that before treatment with significantdifference (P <0.05);the improvement on the30th after treatment was no significantdifference comparing with that on the60th day after treatment (P>0.05);On the30thday after the treatment, the improvement of the experimental group was more obviousthan that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.01);On the60th dayafter the treatment, the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious thanthat of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion:Xuanzhong points, Dazhu points acupuncture treatment on KOA wassuperior to the control group. The cure rate and total effective rate in the experimentalgroup was higher than that of the control group, and the serum level of interleukin1 beta and cartilage oligomeric matrix protein both were reduced in the two groups, andthe experimental group decreased particularly obvious. Xuanzhong points, Dazhupoints acupuncture treatment on KOA is a kind of quick, short course and safe method,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
